Friday 4th June marks the release day for this stunning ballad by Cody. An extremely personal and emotional ballad touching on mental health and personal struggles.

Speaking of the track, Cody said:

This song hurt to write a little, it took me by surprise. Dan (producer) spent a lot of time writing this beautiful piano piece, but this actually started out as quite an upbeat song that I wrote on my phone. We knew at this point in writing that it was time to write something a little more raw though and my lyrics seemed to fit a more sombre song. The song itself feels self explanatory, I find it hard to lie, so I’d rather lay it all out sometimes and that’s what I did.
